When Pat and I first visited the property we somehow saw through the rather tired pub that had been a very popular hostelry during the late 70’s and 80’s, we too had been customers and remembered the idyllic location set within the historic village of Sapperton.
2009 brought about our 10th anniversary which we celebrated in style with a party for regulars and friends. During the passage of time we have seen an astonishing transition in our business, we always knew that hard work, careful thought and attention to detail were the prerequisites for a thriving enterprise. Initially we undertook the complete renovation of the property and worked alongside our trusted builders to transform The Bell into a stylish and contempory hostelry.
Now, having established the reputation of The Bell we are no less focused in our quest to continue to enhance the ambiance which so many have enjoyed over the last decade or so. Once you have visited the site why not treat yourselves and make that special journey to the undiscovered heart of the Cotswolds, whether you're visiting for a celebration meal or merely to sup a pint in 'Harry's Bar' or the garden we're sure you wont be disappointed.
