Although Sapperton is very much inland we have always enjoyed a reputation for the freshest of Fish and Seafood, this we chalk up on boards on a daily basis to maximise the use of daily deliveries, obviously we cannot say this has been sourced locally but we do try to ensure that we use mainly British cold water seafood, you will always find a wider selection available at the weekends and quite regularly you may find such delicacies as Wild Salmon, Cornish Lobsters, Scottish Langoustine and Scallops, Brill and Wild Turbot, when we do use farmed fish we try to find the best Organic supply.
