We adapt the menu to the seasons and always offer a wide selection of fish, freshly delivered from day boats in Cornwall by Jonny Godden of Flying Fish or maybe from the Billingsgate market in London. We buy directly from a number of farmers, Franklin Farms for lamb from within the our parish, beef and game from Butts Farm in Cirencester, with its own award winning farm shop and pork from Huntsham Farm at Goodrich on Wye, widely regarded by many top chefs as the best in the UK, poultry is from Madgetts Farm, nr Chepstow, one of Rick Steins Food Heroes.

Vegetabes are delivered on a daily basis from A.David of Bristol and then we have a weekly delivery of fresh Evesham vegetables from Drinkwaters of Ebrington near Chipping Campden. Just some of our suppliers, others are just as highly valued, such as Aubrey Allen for Butchery, New Wave for Seafood, Fromage to Age for artisan made cheeses and Keiths Coffee Shop of Cirencester.

We have four different rooms for dining within the pub, each with its own character, but all are ideal for small or large groups, we also have the benefit of The Garden Room, a private dining room seating up to twelve. Please telephone The Bell to make a reservation or just call in, we do try to be as flexible as possible with our bookings but draw the line at a maximum of 12 for any one party at weekends, during the week we may be able to cater for a larger party but please do call Pat or Paul to discuss any plans you may have.
